Nifty Halloween YouTube Thing: Son of the Invisible Man

Here’s something I probably should’ve started four days ago, but whatever: every day from now until Halloween, I’ll post a different video clip to get you in the holiday spirit.

The 1987 comedy anthology Amazon Women on the Moon is a hit-and-miss effort, a rougher, less focused Kentucky Fried Movie follow-up where many skits running too long and with many jokes falling too flat. But it hits more than it misses, and not just when Don No Soul Simmons is around – the best bits have a sly, sharp comedic focus, like in “Son of the Invisible Man,” which recreates in great detail the look and feel (and sets!) of a classic Universal monster flick, but with one minor twist.
